At the age of 23 Steve began his career in real estate and within a short period began investing for future prosperity, today Steve’s portfolio includes property in Australia, UK, France and the UAE.
From 2004 to 2010 Steve owned and managed Luxury City Real Estate one of the largest Real Estate companies in Dubai. The business was awarded several accolades for excellence over this period.
To obtain a holistic viewpoint on investing, Steve returned to studying financial planning and now as a director of the Integrated Investment Group, applies his 25 years of property experience and financial background to help clients make the right property investment decisions.

Steve’s passion as a Financial Adviser is to help clients realise their ultimate lifestyle, through sound advice and a holistic approach to investments. Drawing upon a successful career in property investment and financial consulting, Steve combines the principles of financial planning, money management, diversification and risk mitigation to help clients accumulate, protect and manage their wealth.
Starting out as a real estate agent in 1997, Steve branched out into property investment and finance consulting. Years later, a natural progression into property development ensued, with Steve attaining a Certificate IV in Building & Construction in 2003. Following on from his success in smaller scale developments, Steve’s property development career culminated in his role as Business Manager of the $650M ‘Salacia Waters’ Project, Gold Coast in 2011.
Throughout his career, Steve understood the benefits of mastering personal money management, diversifying his investment portfolio, minimising risk, as well as superannuation and estate planning. In seeking advice from mentors and experienced financial advisers along the way, Steve quickly discovered that the advice was disjointed, not specific or measurable and heavily focused on insurances (obviously beneficial for the adviser but not in his best interest).
Discovering a niche in the market for quality and unbiased advice, Steve established the financial planning arm of Integrated Investment Group in collaboration with like-minded fellow director Steven Corbelli in 2012.
